We want every teacher who pays for Gitit Pro to feel that it earns its keep. If Pro isn't a fit for you, we'll refund your money. This page explains how and when.
Gitit Pro is sold through our merchant of record, Paddle.com. Paddle processes the payment, issues the invoice, and processes the refund back to the original payment method. You can request a refund directly through Paddle or by emailing us — both routes end up in the same place.
If this is your first Pro subscription, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial payment, for any reason. No forms, no friction. We'll cancel the subscription and refund the charge in full.
Annual subscriptions ($48/year) are eligible for a pro-rated refund within the first 30 days of the term. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable, but you can cancel renewal at any time and you keep access until the end of the current term.
Monthly subscriptions ($5/month) are non-refundable after the 14-day window. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; cancellation stops future charges and you keep access until the end of the current billing month.
Outside the windows above, we will still consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis when:
Two options — pick whichever is easier:
Your subscription is canceled immediately and your account drops back to the Free plan. Existing classes, assignments, and submissions are preserved — they keep working — but new resources are subject to the Free-plan soft limits.
Please email us before initiating a chargeback. In almost every case we can resolve the issue faster ourselves than your bank can.
